Abelia Landscaping Services is seeking an experienced grounds maintenance professional to join their team based in Keilor East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and pruning shrubs. They will also be required to operate maintenance equipment such as leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with colleagues and clients on a regular basis.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be required to conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways and fixing fountains.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain outdoor spaces, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and pruning shrubs

Requirements:

  • Manual driver's license (essential)
  • Chemical User Certificate, ACUP, or relevant training
  • Machinery tickets if using machinery
  • Valid Police Check (within 12 months)
