Are you a driven professional with experience in driving commercial performance and ensuring compliance?
We are seeking a Sector Lead Commercial to drive commercial performance and ensure compliance across the sector. This individual will be responsible for owning strategic oversight of pre-contracts, contract execution, risk mitigation, commercial governance, and the development and execution of commercial strategies to enhance profitability and competitive positioning.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to build a culture of learning and capability development within the sector.
This role is ideal for someone who can drive continuous improvement in governance processes and commercial analytics, while also building a robust risk management framework throughout the contract lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial performance and ensure compliance across the sector.
- Owning strategic oversight of pre-contracts, contract execution, risk mitigation, commercial governance, and the development and execution of commercial strategies.
- Ensure robust risk management practices are in place and maintained throughout the contract lifecycle.
