Lead Learning Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Learning Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

As a Lead Learning Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development of learning strategies and programs that enhance academic performance and promote growth for each student. You will work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents to facilitate a culture of personalized learning across the school community. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing a team of educators to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students with special needs.
  • Developing professional learning opportunities for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Supporting the teaching and learning team with analysis of data to inform instruction.
  • Responding to parent and teacher concerns and administering assessments as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly organized and efficient administrator, a capable and empathetic communicator, and a focused individual who is committed to meeting the unique learning needs of every student. You will also need to be skilled at providing innovative and purposeful individual learning experiences and able to work collaboratively with a team of staff to achieve shared goals. Education and qualifications:
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in Education.
Desired:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Education and/or Challenge.
Conditions of employment:
  • Current registration with the relevant education authority is required for this position.
  • Qualification and first aid training confirmation is required for this position.
