We are seeking a highly organised and efficient leader to spearhead the development of innovative learning strategies and programmes that enhance academic performance and foster growth in every student. This role involves collaborating with students, staff, and parents to promote a culture of personalised learning across our school community.

  • Promote and manage a team of dedicated professionals who support student achievement
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for students with special needs
  • Facilitate seamless transitions for students moving from Year 6
  • Design professional learning opportunities for staff members
  • Support the Teaching and Learning team in analysing data to inform instruction
  • Respond to parental and teacher concerns regarding academic progress and administer standardised assessments as needed
  • Determine resource allocation to meet student needs and optimise staffing

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to meeting the unique learning needs of every student, regardless of their ability. They will be skilled at designing and delivering individualised learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and remain abreast of the latest research in this field.
