**What you will be doing**

An excellent opportunity exists at Peninsula Health for a suitably qualified specialist to lead the General Medicine Unit.

You will be a highly experienced physician who is able to bring professional qualities to the role which includes being an effective communicator and multidisciplinary team player, bringing with them the attributes of clinical expertise, academic abilities, and professional qualities.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- MBBS or equivalent
- Hold current general and specialist registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia
- Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians
- Recognised as an accredited Specialist in General Medicine by the Specialist Advisory Committee of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians
- Leadership and clinical management skills
