Head of Learning Enhancement

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of learning strategies and programs that enhance academic performance and ensure growth for each student.

  • Lead and manage a team to create personalized learning experiences for students with special needs, including gifted, EAL, and SLD students.
  • Collaborate with coordinators from other campuses to ensure a cohesive school-wide support system for these students.
  • Develop and implement professional learning opportunities for staff to improve their ability to meet the individual needs of every student.
  • Support the teaching and learning team with analysis of data from standardized assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in education, with a postgraduate qualification in special education and/or challenge being desirable. They must also be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and have current first aid training.
