Job Title: Head of Learning Enhancement

This is a senior leadership role focused on developing and implementing learning strategies to enhance academic performance and promote growth for each student.

  • Lead the development of tailored learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a culture of personalized learning.
  • Manage a team of educators to ensure effective implementation of learning strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform teaching practices and improve student outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver professional learning opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of learning enhancement initiatives across the school.
  • Collaborating with other leaders to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of learning enhancement programs.
  • Reporting to the Campus Leadership Team on the progress and impact of learning enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Education or Special Education.
  • Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of educational research and best practice in learning enhancement.
