Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to residents in a supportive and stimulating environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  2. Providing guidance and support to nursing and care staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless and effective care delivery model.
  4. Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in aged care, geriatrics, or clinical nursing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with electronic health records.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Palliative care, dementia care, and rehabilitation nursing experience.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR.
