Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong experience in aged care, including leadership and management roles.
  • A deep understanding of aged care standards, accreditation, and funding models.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
