This is an opportunity to join a passionate team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to providing high-quality care. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for leading clinical care for residents with complex needs, mentoring and supporting your team, and driving quality improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their skills and confidence in delivering high-quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice and excellence in aged care.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Nursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong experience in aged care, including leadership and management roles.
- A deep understanding of aged care standards, accreditation, and funding models.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
