Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
- Act as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team

Requirements:
- A compassionate heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
- Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
- Strong coaching/training skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
