Children Services Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to spearhead our children's services team in Albury.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality support services, building strong relationships with children and young people diagnosed with disabilities or complex behaviour needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to support the growth and development of our team
- Fostering a culture of accountability and effectiveness within the team
- Mentoring and supervising a team of support workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Services, Community Services, Children's Services or a related field
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, behaviours of concern and mental health concerns
- Demonstrated ability to build a cohesive team and promote innovative practices
