Being a Support Worker is a vital position focused on supporting children and young people with significant disabilities.
What's On Offer- Competitive base rate of $34.58 to $37.73 per hour + casual loadings and shift loadings as per SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010) and Super (12%)
- First Aid certificate compliance allowance (pro-rata)

About YouAs a Support Worker, you will have:
- Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)
- Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support OR identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and have relevant experience
As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in offering essential care and support to children and young people who may be facing various challenges.
- Work with individuals assisting with personal care and daily living skills
- Plan and attend appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
- Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports
