As a trusted advisor, you will partner with business leaders to address complex HR issues, foster effective team dynamics, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor senior managers on HR policies and practices, providing guidance on complex HR issues and casework.
  • Partner with line managers to provide HR guidance on people-related matters, including talent development and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resource CoE to implement and execute HR programs and initiatives, such as annual compensation reviews and talent reviews.
  • Advise on organizational change matters, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
  • Support employee retention initiatives by identifying potential risks and challenges.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Support employees in their career development efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
