We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our fast-growing business on the Gold Coast.

The successful candidate will drive the success of our operations by taking control of day-to-day tasks while being a functioning member of the service team.

About Us

Our establishment is a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike, serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week, hosting private functions, and fully licensed. We have a secluded garden setting, regular clientele, and dedicated staff turning us into a Gold Coast cornerstone.

Your Role

As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams with a focus on respect, appreciation, and accountability.

  • Be the standard for exceptional, genuine, honest customer care.
  • Work closely with the owners and management team for recruitment, training, rostering, ordering, group bookings, and private functions.
Main Responsibilities:

You will empower staff to take responsibility for their jobs and deliver their best. Key responsibilities include:

  • Positive team leadership with a focus on respect, appreciation, and accountability.
  • Compliance (health and safety, liquor licence).

Requirements:
  • Café management experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Team leadership and staff development skills.
  • Ordering, inventory, and rostering experience.
  • RSA certification - essential.
  • RMLV certification preferred.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptable problem-solver.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
