Digital Transformation Expert

Drive innovation and expand technical capabilities as a strategic leader in web development. This role oversees the successful delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions.

This position leads innovation, expands technical capabilities, and delivers high-impact digital solutions. The Technical Leader for Digital Solutions will oversee a team of three developers, guiding them in best practices, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions.

This individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to define technical strategies that drive business outcomes.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Leadership: Own and shape Sonar's development capability, introducing modern technologies and setting the direction for future growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of three developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor, working with senior stakeholders to define and implement strategic solutions.
  • Business Growth Support: Lead the technical scoping and solution design for new business opportunities.
  • Best Practices & Innovation: Ensure all development follows the latest coding standards, security measures, and performance optimization techniques.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Full-stack web development experience gained in a consultancy or agency environment, with expertise in PHP frameworks (WordPress, Laravel, Craft, etc.).
  • Strong front-end development skills using Vue, React, and Node.js, with experience in headless CMS implementations.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure and DevOps (AWS, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management).
  • Proven experience integrating third-party systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google APIs, and eCommerce platforms.
  • A track record of leading and mentoring technical teams, ensuring individual and collective growth.
  • Translating business objectives into technical solutions and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
