**Job Description**
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consultant to join our team as a functional consultant, solution architect, mentor, and trusted advisor. In this role, you will work closely with Agile teams to guide business stakeholders through transformative system change and ensure long-term technical health.
**Key Responsibilities**
Design, configure, and improve Business Central to ensure long-term platform health and stability. Lead discovery workshops, solution design, sprint planning, demos, and user training. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Build and maintain integrations across platforms like Urbanise, CTB, Payroll, and analytics stack. Develop extensions using AL language and solve complex technical issues. Be the primary technical and functional expert for Business Central. Provide leadership in system governance, architectural compliance, and digital innovation. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing culture.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you need extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across functional and technical domains. You should have a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies. Experience delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations in Agile environments is essential. Strong consulting, facilitation, and communication skills are required. Ability to lead system design and architecture, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience is crucial. Continuous improvement mindset and passion for staying current with product updates are necessary. Experience engaging senior stakeholders and vendors and simplifying complex IT concepts is highly valued.
