Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dispatch and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, processing online returns, and overseeing customer service assistance.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the eCommerce and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute daily dispatch operations, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
  • Process online returns end-to-end: garment QC, processing, credit notes/refunds/exchanges in inventory management systems
  • Oversee offshore customer service assistant assisting with respond to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Manage receiving, checking, and storing of stock
  • Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and quality control standards within the stockroom
  • Conduct regular stock checks to support accurate inventory management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across dispatch or customer service in a timely manner
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service (fashion/retail background highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with a customer first approach
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in both dispatch and customer service
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands on, fast paced environment
  • Computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, and experience with inventory/eCommerce systems (Shopify, Cin7, or similar is a plus)
  • A proactive, adaptable, and problem solving mindset
