Dispatch Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, coordinating the dispatch of online and wholesale orders.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual with a passion for fashion to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of online and wholesale orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Pick and pack wholesale orders for boutiques and mini majors, maintaining high levels of quality control.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain organized stock areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and prepare shipping documents, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support website product uploads and admin tasks, contributing to the success of our e-commerce platform.
  • Provide administrative support to the director, assisting with wholesale follow-ups and other tasks as required.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound couriers, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
  • Assist with campaign and e-commerce photoshoots, helping to create engaging content for our brand.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in dispatch, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proficiency in Excel and digital tools, with ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • A calm, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
