The Motley Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDP to join its kitchen team in Richmond. This full-time salaried role offers 38 hours of work per week, with mostly breakfast and lunch shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
We are an 80 room boutique hotel situated on Bridge rd, Richmond. Our wine bar/restaurant space, Ms Parker, allows our hotel guests and customers to enjoy the foodie delights we have to offer.
To be successful in this role, you will require 4 years + experience, and a solid understanding of a la carte kitchens. You must also have the ability to follow instructions and replicate them to required specification, as well as a fantastic work ethic and attitude.
You will be responsible for:
- Fully leveraging your culinary skills and experience to deliver high-quality dishes
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting in menu development and implementation
