Hotel Operations Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at a top boutique hotel in Melbourne. This is a full-time role with great career opportunities and includes carpark and meal package.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will create an environment where all customers enjoy the full benefits of the services provided and provide efficient customer service to maximise customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively with the team and under the guidance of the Rooms Division Manager, you will ensure smooth and successful service at all times, maintain consistent and effective communication, be an identifiable presence for both guests and staff, and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in hotels and actively in the front office department
  • Contribute to the hotel's targets and objectives
  • Lead and implement all relevant policies and procedures
  • Be able to roll up your sleeves and get the job done with a high degree of stamina and charisma
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • Be proud to deliver the best boutique experience in Melbourne and lead your team to do the same
  • Have a thorough understanding of the rooms division
  • Have an amazing attention to detail and a natural initiative
