Luxury hotels and boutique restaurants on the Mornington Peninsula are renowned for their exceptional culinary experiences.
Our hotel, set amongst 34 stunning acres of gardens and vines, is a leader in this field. The Dining Room, our two-hatted restaurant, offers exceptional dining experiences with carefully curated seasonal menus.
We are seeking passionate Chefs of various levels to enhance the team as we deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
- Work with exceptional Chefs, creating sensational menus utilizing local suppliers and Australia's best produce
- Work with a top tier leadership team with exceptional expertise, both front of house and behind the scenes
- Work alongside a talented front of house team in The Dining Room, working together to maintain accolades
- Work on exceptional events, looking after the Wedding and Events Kitchen
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Transport to and from Red Hill and live within the Mornington Peninsula Shire
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or completing your 2nd or 3rd apprenticeship towards
- Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions kitchen will be highly regarded
- Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high quality food
- An understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
- A desire to learn and be part of an exceptional food service product
- Ability to work well with others and a desire to learn
