Leadership Role: Early Years Curriculum Coordinator

Successfully lead and coordinate the implementation of the Early Years curriculum in a Long Day Care setting, focusing on School Aged Care.

Develop, implement, and enhance a play-based, child-directed educational program that promotes holistic child development. Foster strong relationships with families and provide a safe, supportive environment for children to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with NQF, NQS, and EYLF frameworks
  • Effectively manage enrolments, bookings, rostering, and administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve centre goals and objectives, driving continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% completion of a related qualification
  • At least one year's experience in a lead role in an early childhood centre
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma certification
  • Current paid Working with Children's Check
