Key Account Growth Specialist
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
Job Description:
Develop annual business plans with distributors to align with organizational requirements, distribution, volume, execution, investments, and other KPIs.
Coordinate meetings with distributors to explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives.
Ensure distributors fully understand and execute RB merchandising standards.
Establish a set communication schedule to discuss upcoming and ongoing Key Account Programs.
Requirements:
7+ years FMCG sales experience within Food Services.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
Highly numerate and analytical.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability.
Experience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Benefits:

Communicate regularly and work effectively with all BU sales team and marketing team to secure full alignment of Business goals with the DP.
