
National Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for managing corporate grocery accounts and building strong partnerships.
The role involves formulating and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and enhance profitability. You will work closely with the internal Category Manager to understand your customer base in depth and communicate insight-driven solutions.
In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the channel, managing relevant follow-ups for customers, and delivering strong customer service.
- Build and develop existing and new strategic relationships with corporate grocery customers.
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and enhance profitability.
- Coordinate and execute customer joint business plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the channel.
- Manage relevant follow-ups for customers and deliver strong customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment, managing corporate grocery accounts.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation.
