Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Everyday Independence in Barwon. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our administration team to deliver exceptional services to our participants.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule therapy sessions using Skedulo and manage participant databases.
- Reschedule sessions as needed and maintain accurate Service Agreements.
- Onboard new participants and complete risk assessments.
- Provide professional customer service and support to participants, therapists, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the administration team to complete tasks efficiently.

- Demonstrated experience with scheduling or rostering.
- 2-3 years' experience in administration with a customer service and relationship building focus.
- Highly developed skills in managing client databases and practice administration systems.
- Ability to take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction and meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
