Scheduling Administrator

Our busy, growing, Carrum Downs based plumbing business is seeking energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated scheduler to join the office on a full time basis. Hours 8am to 4pm.
**Daily Responsibilities will include**:
- Job scheduling and management for our plumbers
- Assist with debt collection and taking EFT payments
- Printing plans, filing, photocopying and scanning documents
- General administrative support
- Assistance with SWMS within jobs
- Experience working for a trade ideal but not essential
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Proven experience in an Administration position
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- A friendly can do approach to work
- Manual drivers licence
- Appropriate working rights in Australia
- Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to multitask.
- As our scheduling position is highly paced we need someone that works well under pressure and is sufficient in multitasking a substantial work load
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
