**About Us**
**Your Opportunity**:
Due to growth, our SAI Home & Community Care business based in Carrum Downs is looking for a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to work 3 days a week on a permanent basis. Hours and days are flexible and can be worked around your preferences.
This role will work closely with our current receptionist with a coordinated handover and training in place.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring outstanding customer service
- Support administration and processes across the business
- Ensure the overall presentation and operations of the office are running smoothly
- Manage rooms/desk bookings as required
- Provide support to Senior Managers as required
**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a supportive, friendly, and organised individual with excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills to join our team.
- Experience in Aged care or community services (desirable)
- Minimum 3 year's experience in an administrative role
- Strong IT and Microsoft 365 skills
- High level of customer service and attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Wants to contribute to our warm, supportive and can do culture
