Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch promotions and campaigns using web merchandising and content tools to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Adapt global guidelines to fit local assortment and campaigns on e-store, maximizing revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough testing and support the launch of new digital features and enhancements to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with Trade Senior Manager in developing and scaling commercial insights to boost conversion, basket, and sales.
  • Optimize onsite search, sorting rules, and product recommendations to maximize site performance.
  • Support Trade Senior Manager in revenue forecasting, identifying potential gaps in performance, and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
  • Identify underperforming categories or SKUs and propose actions to improve sell-through and margin contribution.
  • Analyze consumer and website behavior to find related and unrelated patterns and propose tests to increase conversion.
