Our cafes have become an integral part of Melbourne's dining scene, renowned for our high-quality products with a long history of excellence in crafting beautiful cakes, scrumptious pastries and mouthwatering sandwiches and croquets.
We are seeking an experienced Cafe professional to join our team in Hawthorn. As a key member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role supported by a passionate Store Manager and a high-performing team who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
The role involves operating the cash register, preparing food at our processing station, creating exceptional coffee drinks (we provide Barista training), serving customers on the floor, and working as a team to maintain hygiene, cleanliness and high standards of presentation.
We require a hands-on mindset and high energy to keep pace with the fast-paced environment of our cafes. You will deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers, with exposure to a busy cafe environment.
Key requirements include previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry, Barista training preferred and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
