Cafe Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Dame, a modern Melbourne cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the cafe service team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverages
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the cafe
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Manage cash handling, stock control, and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cafe supervisor or manager
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Valid RSA certificate
