Cafe All Rounder Position

We are seeking a skilled and friendly professional to join our team as a Cafe All Rounder in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages using coffee machines and other equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cafe area and kitchen
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales and service targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a cafe or hospitality setting is beneficial but not essential
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in using coffee machines and other equipment with minimal supervision

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 5am - 1pm
  • No weekends or public holidays
