Work as a Barista in our Melbourne cafe team, providing excellent customer service and consistently good coffee.

The role involves preparing large volumes of barista coffee, making shots, frothing and pouring milk, taking food orders and occasional opening or closing the cafe. Cashiering duties include handling transactions and ensuring the café area and tables are neat and clean at all times.

You will work on a rotating shift roster between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime required. We encourage applications from experienced professionals who possess strong skills and attributes including:

  • Strong experience as a Barista in a high volume environment
  • Food safety skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to liaise at all levels
  • A passion for customer service
  • Solid food and beverage knowledge
