About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at Y Ballarat. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling financial transactions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit notes
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting, including preparing financial statements and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Develop and maintain financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
