About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Credit Team at Brandt Head Office in Ballarat, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the momentum of our Credit Team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounts receivable experience, superb administration skills, and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debtor Collection and Management
  • Debtor Credit Application
  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • Contact customers re overdue accounts and arrange payment, including resolving issues to enable payment
  • Maintain the Accounts Receivable database
  • Educate and train branch staff on accounts receivable policies and processes
  • Support other office administrative operations

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven accounts receivable experience
  • Quick learner with superb administration skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organisation and Time Management skills to meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Team player willing to go the extra mile for others
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve high results
