Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytics & Insights:
    • Examine large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making.
    • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and guide model development.
  • Model Development & Evaluation:
    • Design, build, and validate machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and clustering tasks.
    • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and feature engineering.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with business units, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
    • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
  • Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.) and data tools (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter).
  • Skilled in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, BigQuery).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and model evaluation metrics.
  • Knowledge or experience working with AI technologies is a plus.
