Key Responsibilities- Manage a small team of medical scientists in a laboratory setting.
- Prioritize workflow to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Liaise with senior staff regarding unusual and abnormal results.
- Oversee the management of laboratory equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) or equivalent degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in a scientific role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships.
- Experience working under tight deadlines and delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Proven skills in task management, problem-solving, and confidentiality.
