Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Surgical Innovations Specialist. This role will be responsible for promoting cutting-edge surgical techniques and technologies, driving adoption and growth in the Australian and New Zealand market.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales and/or operating theatre experience, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will also possess business acumen, a proven track record of high performance, and a genuine interest in creating positive change in the healthcare sector.

About this Role:

  • Promote innovative surgical solutions and drive adoption through various channels.
  • Select and train surgeons or candidates to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Organise and facilitate training courses and workshops to enhance proficiency and knowledge of products.
  • Build relationships with local faculty and proctors to strengthen our network and support clinical adoption.
  • Ensure technologies are accessible to surgeons within relevant hospitals, aligning with strategic growth initiatives.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and position our offerings within the market.
  • Collaborate with the wider field team on special projects aimed at driving market adoption and growth.
  • Explore multiple channels to raise consumer awareness and promote innovative solutions.
