Job Opportunity

We are seeking Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our Western Sydney team in Windsor, Penrith or Katoomba. This is an opportunity for individuals with all levels of experience to work with us and grow their career.

In this role, you will assist NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning. You will also evaluate, develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners. A degree-level qualification as an allied health professional and report writing experience are required.
