Executive Housekeeping Lead

We're seeking a seasoned housekeeper with extensive experience in leading a team to succeed. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and motivating their colleagues.
This role includes but is not limited to:
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations, including staff recruitment, training, scheduling, supervision, and discipline.
- Conduct daily checks and periodic inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Manage inventory and costs of cleaning supplies.
- Address guest complaints promptly and ensure VIP guests receive exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise laundry, uniform room, minibars, and specialized cleaning projects.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching, and motivate the team to maintain high productivity and morale.
- A passion for people and leadership skills to lead your team.
- Strong organizational skills to ensure effective running of the department.
- A proven track record in maintaining or improving cleanliness across a large area.
- Attention to detail and experience in recruiting, training and mentoring team members.
