Executive Housekeeping Leader and Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking two passionate and experienced professionals to join our team at a newly opened luxury 5-star hotel in iconic Burleigh Heads.

  • Assistant Executive Housekeeper (Step-Up Supervisor)
  • Office Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a brand-new, high-end property, while working alongside a professional team.

About the Role:

  1. Support and supervise the housekeeping team in maintaining 5-star room and public area standards.

  2. Assume responsibility for the Executive Housekeeper's role during their rostered days off, leading the department with confidence.

  3. Conduct regular room and public area inspections to maintain brand standards.

  4. Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

  5. Mentor staff onboarding, training, and performance management.

About the Responsibilities:

  1. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for supporting and supervising the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards.

  2. The Office Coordinator will handle telephone calls, generate reports, and process requests in a timely manner.
