Your Role & Impact

  • Mentor educators to create a positive team culture.
  • Build relationships with families to support children's holistic development.
  • Bring creativity and fun to make each day exciting and memorable.
  • Evaluate every child's needs, interests, and voice in our inclusive environment.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday, 6:15 AM - 6:15 PM.
  • Valid Blue Card.
  • Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training or willingness to obtain.
  • Understanding of the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
  • Passion for education, leadership, and fostering connections.
