Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader to guide and inspire our children, creating a warm, engaging environment where little learners can thrive.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Educator to join our team as a Part-Time Lead Educator. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging, child-led programs tailored to the unique needs of toddlers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and implement programs that promote learning, exploration, and development in young children.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with educators to create a positive, inspiring team culture that fosters growth and development.
  • Family Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with families to support children's holistic development and provide regular updates on their progress.
  • Environment Creation: Create a warm, nurturing environment that promotes exploration, independence, and early development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and make recommendations for improvement.
Your Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) or currently studying towards your Diploma.
  • Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday, 6:15 AM - 6:15 PM.
  • Valid Blue Card.
  • Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
  • A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF frameworks.
