**Opportunity Overview:**

Northcott is seeking 5 casual support workers to join our Hillsdale team. This role involves providing individualised support in a day program to customers who require assistance with manual handling and challenging behaviour experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with customers and support their care plans, including goals.
  • Establish effective communication with customers using an individualized approach.
  • Implement and review Individual Program Plans.
  • Record customer progress in line with relevant documentation.
  • Devise and facilitate program activities and workshops with customers and other support staff.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid working rights.
  • A current Driver's Licence and confidence to drive an accessible van.
  • NSW Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Health Assessment.
