The Role

We're seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our casual workforce as Childcare Support Workers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and staff. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering outstanding programs and creating a safe and engaging environment for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for children, families, and staff through your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment to quality.
  • Support the service manager with program preparation and delivery, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all.
  • Assist with food preparation and setting up/packing up activities, promoting a sense of community and teamwork.
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety within the program, providing guidance and support when needed.
  • Be an open, caring, and engaged member of our team, working collaboratively to drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the childcare industry is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Working towards or willing to enroll in an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma Level qualification.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children's Check in the relevant state.
  • HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training).
  • Willingness to obtain a National Criminal History Check.
