Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House/Relief Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our customer service standards, coaching and mentoring our team, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional experiences for our customers
  • Educate customers about our offerings and membership benefits
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • Embody our Vision, Mission, and Values
  • Comply with policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling)
  • Support training, onboarding, and coaching of new starters
  • Manage Club Operations, including cash handling and legislative compliance
  • Monitor and improve service levels

  • Current RSA and RCG Competency
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, overnight, weekends, and public holidays
