We are looking for Front of House Managers right now

Think you've got the skills to lead a team to success? This is the role for you. Our Front of House Manager role is rewarding and will require you to lead crew members and support them in providing exceptional guest service and value for money. You will lead teams by providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction. The Front of House Manager plays a crucial part in maintaining the store and contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.

Do you have what it takes to join our crew?

Chargrill Charlie's Front of House Managers are reliable, determined and responsible. Prior leadership experience is required, as you'll need to lead and delegate tasks to others while being empathetic with regards to guest complaints. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with proficiency in Microsoft Office will be helpful. If you love food, are results driven and passionate about leading people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
