Job Overview

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining environment.

  • Lead the front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless communication between staff and management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor front-of-house staff, focusing on excellent service skills and hospitality knowledge.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Manage inventory, maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives and contributing to the overall success of the establishment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make decisions quickly while maintaining composure.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
