Senior Sales and Customer Experience Leader

This role oversees both the sales and customer experience initiatives in Queensland, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and customer experience strategy to drive business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and customer team with a customer-centric culture to achieve planned sales, profitability, growth targets, and provide a rewarding customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to translate commercial action plans into operational goals and priorities, address challenges, control budgets, and people planning, providing support and guidance to colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in leadership or management within commercial functions.
  • Proven effective business acumen, people management skills, and a thorough understanding of profit and loss.
  • Successful skills in problem-solving, conflict management, and people development.
  • Skilled in making commercial decisions based on market data.
  • Experience of Omnichannel customer experience.
