Job Title: Deputy Market Sales & Customer Experience ManagerAbout the Role:

This senior leadership role is responsible for leading and supporting both IKEA units in Queensland. As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for achieving sales growth targets and providing a rewarding customer experience.

You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a customer-focused culture. You will collaborate with the commercial team to translate business action plans into operational goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the customer and selling assignment strategy, and be accountable for its performance.
  • Ensure local market insights are used to identify opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor individual and team performance to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in leadership or management within commercial functions.
  • Effective business acumen, people management skills, and understanding of profit and loss.
  • Ability to implement plans and make things happen.
