About the Role

The successful candidate will assume a pivotal leadership position, driving the success of our Ford dealership through effective sales strategy and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement targeted sales initiatives to maximise customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to delivery, ensuring outstanding customer experience
  • Analyse market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations and standards
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support business objectives

  • A proven track record of success in automotive sales management, preferably within the Ford brand
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, focused on driving results
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Thorough knowledge of automotive industry regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
